Get Thin Minus the Gym
With busy nine to five working days, a family to cater for and yourself to take care of, there’s not a lot of time to schedule the gym into your diary. And not only that, it’s an expense that you could really do without. But the need to lose weight is still playing on your mind and you want to be able to do something about it.
There are a number of things you can do to assist with fast weight loss which do not take up a lot of time or money, and that you don’t have to starve yourself for.
1) Eat 5 small meals a day – On first thought, eating five meals a day is extra hassle however, it is so easy. Just eat a small breakfast as normal, make the most of your elevenses with crackers or a fruit salad and have lunch as normal. Have something else late afternoon, around 4 o’clock such as a banana or handful of almonds, and then have dinner in the evening.
2) Don’t snack – Could your busy schedule be causing your non-existent weight-loss? Often busy people have a tendency to grab a snack, buy lunch out or regularly graze as they don’t get time to stop for lunch, but these are all culprits of weight gain.
3) Herbal Supplements – Herbal diet pills don’t cost a lot and they don’t have any adverse effects, but they do work. Also known as slimming tablets, the natural supplements can be taken daily in order to assist with losing weight.
4) Fitness at home – Try to incorporate a fitness routine at home, even if it’s just a few press ups, lifting some dung bells or star jumps. Or if those ideas aren’t appealing, you could also purchase a fitness DVD to do in the evenings. You only need to do 30 minutes, three times a week to increase the rate of weight loss significantly.
